The participant claims a valid sports activity selected from the Pandora Active Sport Activities list. After authorized validation, the participant receives +10 points. Each qualifying activity must be at least 2 hours after the previous one; fast walk requires at least 15 minutes and take the stairs requires at least 256 steps, equivalent to 16 floors.
